DO probe help

I just installed a PM3 and DO probe on my fusion and a tile didn’t come up. I unplugged everything a few times including the controller and still nothing. Any ideas?

Does it show up in the modules page or the inputs page?

Sometimes it can help if you unplug some other modules and then plug the new module in. If it still won't take doing that, I would contact support.
