Apex Classic is (and has been) hard wired into router. Replaced router and I'm dead in the water.
I can see and set up the Apex by going directly to the IP address and logging in.
I cannot get to it via the mobile app and fusion says it's not connected.
I cannot get a token off the display module, it only says "Apex Fusion No Comm. "
I've rebooted the unit multiple times.
Help is appreciated.
