    WAV issues

I have had my WAV pumps for 2 years and have had no problem. I recently gave them their regular cleaning and everything was fine. Now I was looking at my tank and one of the pumps is not running. According to Fusion, they are both running fine. I have unplugged and replugged the pump into the outlet and cycled the power. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Don't really want to spend the money for another if not necessary. I appreciate any assistance.

I would contact support, i had 1 that was screwy and they got me back going again. It was 18+ months old at failure.

Check the impeller again on that one. Because the magnet is so darn strong, I have seen a few cases of the shaft snapping when the impeller is inserted back in. It might also be worth swapping the impeller to see if the problem follows the pump or the impeller if you dont see anything obvious.

Also try basic troubleshooting steps like swapping the 1link ports around and updating the WAV firmware (do all other modules while you're at it).

+1. Always ask. They replaced both of mine that failed after about 2 years.

I had the exact same problem. Te rep suggested I do a firmware update and interrupt it in the middle of the update. This worked at first. But eventually I needed to get a replacement pump. Perhaps it will work on yours.

FYI, I'm having the same problem simultaneously with both of mine, opened a ticket, and they want me to send them both pumps.
