EB832 Stopped working - Voltage Error

Came home to find Apex and EB832 on with all lights and display functioning, but no power to all 8 outlets. On the dashboard, the EB832 shows all "zeros" for watts/amp/volt. It says in red; EB832 VOLTAGE ERROR.

The EB832 is connected to an EB8.

    1. I unplug the EB832 from the wall outlet, the EB832 and head unit lights remain on. Probably powered from the USB from EB8.
    2. Then unplug the USB cable connecting the EB8 to EB832, the EB832 and head unit lights go dead.
    3. Then I plug the EB832 back into the wall outlet and northing turns on, including the head unit. I confirmed the wall outlet works fine. There must be a problem with the EB832.

Other things I tried, is leaving the EB832 unplugged for 5 min then plug back, but totally dead. Firmware is up to date. I reset the system through Apexfusion and tried reset the head unit from the reset button, but nothing.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

There's a breaker on the back of the EB832.

Doesn't look like pdf attachments work. Here's a link.

Is the eb832 connected to a GFCI?

Looks like the EB8 is powering the 832 so it sounds like the 832's outlet isn't powered. Check the breaker panel too.

Thanks- The EB 832 outlet is not gfi, but working fine. I have a standard power strip plugged into the same outlet and temporarily running the equipment.

Have you tried it in another outlet just for the hell of it? If the eb8 is disconnected with the eb832 still plugged in does the base unit shut down?

You should start a ticket asap if another outlet doesn't do anything.

Good idea – I did try another outlet on On a separate circuit, no luck. Also just finished starting a ticket with Neptune. Thanks again
