Orange light flashing in the energy bar and can't access apex.local

    Good morning everyone,

So, I'm trying to set up my apex fusion on a new wi-fi. It's been almost one year since I turned it off and I need to use it again. I have all things set up, but I can't access apex.local, or apex, or 170.16.0.1
I've tried everything that is the forum, like reboot after the energy bar turned solid orange (it was only once), push the reboot button for 1 sec, 2 secs, 10 secs, 20 secs, 60 secs, but nothing changes.
I've tried form my PC, from my iPhone, by wi-fi and using cable.
Additionally, yesterday I called the support, because I didn't have any more options, and the guy said that they would answer me in two hours, but I didn't receive anything.

Anyways, I hope that you guys could help me!

    Thank you,
    Siane

What color are the lights on the base unit and EB832? Are they flashing or solid?

Flashing! But now I could reboot it when it was turned off, and I could access apex.local. However, the connection gets lost very quickly.

Now I've connected the network cable, it is wired, and I have both lights solid orange and can't access apex.local. Do you know what is happening?

If the gateway setting is not correct, apex.local will not work. I would contact support. My first impression of your problem might be that something could have gotten corrupted sitting for so long (kinda like how sometimes a flash drive will give an error and say it needs reformatting when its sat in a drawer for years)

One thing you can try to get access since it wont revert to blue from the reset button is to download the apex classic firmware. That has a utility in it (click the magnifying glass) that can find the apex even if it's on the wrong subnet and I believe it can also be used to configure the ethernet port settings for a 2016 even though it's designed for a classic (I have not tested myself so it might not work, but I recall someone doing it successfully in a thread).

    Thank you zombie!

I don't really know what is happening here, and I almost tried everything. The support sent an email with a ".zip" folder and some images to guide me, but the images don't open in any navigator.
