    Web Pages update fail

    Hi,

I updated the firmware on my apex classic, but the update web pages keeps failing.

    "Uploading file: aihost.bin...

Operation failed with the following error information:

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."

I'm hardwired, correct IP, username, password, and file. I disabled and uninstalled all AV/Firewalls, and even tried doing the update from a clean Win10 laptop, plugged directly into the controller. The firmware uploads perfectly fine, but not the web pages.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    AP

P.S. In the classic dash it clearly shows only the firmware is up to date, and not the web pages.

Contact support. Best case its corruption that can be fixed remotely. Worst case it's the same thing that happened to mine, which is some hardware component failed, which was causing the internal filenames and information inside files to go completely wacky (like r being turned into greater than or equal sign and o turning into infinity) and ended up turning into hourly reboots and programming changing on it's own to weird characters.
