Apex does not turn on after the energy has run out.

After I updated the last firmware version, my apex has not power on all times, after the the energy has ended. When it happens, I need to disconnect and reconnect the EB8 for apex works.

Looks like there is a bit of a translation error here or just not enough clarification.

Do you mean the apex unit does not power on at all (no lights), that it doesn't reboot properly (flashing or solid yellow light), or that it doesn't connect to fusion properly (green light but shows disconnected)? Depending on what you meant by didn't power on, the fix is very different.

The lights is on, but apex didn’t connect to fusion, didn’t control the lights or pumps. The lights is on, but apex didn’t work.

Usually but not always that means there is an issue between the apex getting the right network information from your router. If that is the problem, changing your ip address to a static ip will resolve the problem. Make sure you pick a number that wont get assigned to another device by your router (example if your current IP address is 192.168.1.7 changing it to 192.168.1.123 and turning DHCP to OFF is a good idea). Reboot the apex after making the network changes and leave everything else in network settings as is except for changing the IP address and turning DHCP off.
