    Ph probe calibration

I am having difficulty calibrating my ph probe. I used to solution several times and it still only goes to 7.89 and 10.26. My pinpoint is calibrated and it reads correctly the apex reads really low. What do I need to do?

Run a calibration with the probe unplugged, then try again.

So unplug prob calibrate with nothing plugged in and then recalibrate? What does this do?

That resets the probe calibration to factory default. Sometimes a bad calibration can skew the number far enough it can't correct on a subsequent calibration. Doing the reset corrects this.
