Can't get return pump to come back on

Ok so this morning a wake up and my Apex (2016) connected via wifi isn't connected to fusion. I reset the apex and it reconnected about 30 min later. Not ideal but whatever. So I go into Fusion and manually turn my return pump off so that I can change a filter sock. Sock is changed I go back into fusion and place return pump back into auto mode the pump won't come back on and the switch reverts back to off position after a few seconds. I've tried turning the switch to the on position and it still won't come back on. Any ideas?

That is most likely a network issue, but could also be corruption causing network problems. Try changing your wifi channel to 1, 6, or 11 whichever is least congested and also check that your outlet names are only alphanumeric, underscore, or dash and that there isn't any weird stuff in your code (use the config summary to see everything at once). Also make sure all modules are up to date on firmware. If the problem persists after checking all of these things, contact support.

I've seen that behavior you're describing; often it will clear on it's own, or after reboot of both the Apex and the router. As a temporary solution, sometimes Fusion network connectivity will be better on a different device (laptop vs phone, for example.) You can also try accessing the Apex Local interface directly from a web browser (http:// [apex name or local ip address]/apex/dash )
