I'm a manager at a LFS. I tried to upgrade a customer from classic to 2016. We couldn't get on apex.local at his house. Didn't matter if we clicked on the link in the "get started" guide, or typed it into the browser. All we got is web page not found. I brought it back to my house to set up and program. Same problem here. I've tried it on multiple different devices and from wifi and wired. Is the base unit just shot, or is there something else I can try????
