Why do I get this error when trying to setup my ATK from the task menu
if you go into the classic web interface under modules do you see the module?
Not sure what you mean by classic web interface unless you are referring to the apex fusion on my computer then the answer is yes
Assuming you have a classic apex (your profile doesnt specify), go to your display and look up the current ip address under net settings. Enter that into your browser and it will take you to the classic dashboard.

Sorry I should have specified. It's the newer Apex with the Energy Bar 832
Changed it, thanks didn't realize it said that. I'm wondering if this could be the problem. My original PMUP froze up. Neptune is sending another but we are going out of town soon so I ordered one from BRS. They were out of stock for the model I have so I ordered the one with the power cord. I figured I could use a backup anyway. The pump turn on when you set it to on in the dashboard. But the sensors are not working. When running he task for the ATK it goes all the way through the setup then gives me that error after its been saved.
Make sure they are plugged in all the way and make sure the module firmware is current.

I've done that. I also deleted the module and reinstalled a couple of times with the same result. How do I make sure it's in Auto-detect and not manual mode?
That part is in the module setup page as well and the getting started section for the FMM has a video on it. I recommend that you set the low sensor to optical or autodetect and set the high to optical.
When set to optical, a failed or disconnected sensor will read as closed. When set to auto-detect, the same failure will read as open. The When statement will limit the pump run time in that event, but I like to have at least the high sensor be failsafe and stop flow before the when statement let's it run that long. If you dont do stuck switch detection on the lower sensor, keep that one auto-detect so you will immediately notice a problem when you see the high sensor is closed but the low sensor is open.

Got it to work. I set both to optical and it works fine. Thanks
