    Bias for PH probe

I would like to set a bias for my ph probe. Would like to put a negative .5 bias, any ideas on how?

Nope. If its reading improperly just calibrate it.

No matter how many times I calibrate the 7.0 liquid always shows 6.84 and the 10 comes out to 10.4

Try a probe reset first. Unplug it, run a manual calibration, then try a real calibration.
