    Bubbles

Hi all.. at my ends with the DOS. I have two units and keep getting bubbles at the output end. I have replaced heads, redid connections a lot, checked for leaks from containers, talked to Neptune... I don’t know what else to do.. I’m using their tubing as well. Any insights would be great. Thx

A couple things you could try

    1. Make sure the cut on the end is clean and square.

    2. Warm the tip of the tubing in hot water before seating

    3. Give the compression fitting like an 1/8 of a turn with a wrench after hand tightening.

Thx.. I’m going to start from scratch again.. I’m mechanically inclined.. but these things are a joke. Should not be that hard to get a connection... I’m just looking for any insights. Thx again

Eric, were you able to fix the problem? I'm having the same issue with the input line from my ddr and am frustrated that such an expensive plastic jug has this issue.

So if the bubbles are on the output side of the head.. is the leak likely occurring on the input side of the head?? Thx

That would likely be a bad seal on the output tubing. I would reseat that tube.

I have redone the connection numerous numerous times and still having issues. That’s why I was asking. I always thought it was the output side as well. Then read it was the input side.. wasn’t sure which one would be the one likely to be causing it. About done with these things.. thx
