    Local access issue

I am having trouble connecting to my new version Apex locally both hardwired and wirelessly. I try to access the Apex with the IP address but when entered I get an Apex branded page but it is empty, nowhere to enter a username or password. Does anyone have any suggestions or had this problem before? Thanks in advance.

Try clearing your cache and/or using a different browser.

I’ve tried 4 different browsers (PC and Mac) and cleared the cache and it didn’t help.

Thanks Zombie, that’s my next step. I was hoping someone might have had experience with this issue.

This sounds like the IP address has changed. Go to the Network page in APEX Fusion - that will show the current IP address of the Apex.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Thanks Russ. The IP address in Fusion is the address I have been using in my browser.

    Hi, dadarvas

Have you found the solution? I had the exact same issue as you. The apex.local always blank without account and password filling box.

Hi alpha91_cn1. I found that although I was using my Apex hardwired I had also set up wi-fi as a back-up and that seemed to cause the issue. Once I unchecked the Wi-Fi enable box on the Network tab and updated the Apex with the change I then rebooted the router and then rebooted the Apex. Once everything was back online I was able to access Apex Local.
