    Question Graphs not showing

    Hi,

    Data look ok:

    Lilian,
I am having the same issue the graphs on my dashboard no longer show data but the graphs look fine. Mine does however show the graphs stopping at a particular point after which I see nothing. For example the graph stopped yesterday morning and no new data has been added since then, if yours is similar please let me know.

So far I'm working with Neptune to remove what is possible a corrupt data log entry, if it works I'll let you know.

    Hi !

I recovered my graphs after a reboot of the Apex. I did not loose any data.

Do you have an FMM module ? I noticed that I ran into problems since I plugged FMM. This module hangs frequently and possibly impact all the system. To be continued...

I am having the same issue that started at the same time a s everyone else - 2-3 days ago. Reboot did not help. The data is still there if I click of the specific icon but the graphs are blank.

How many clocks do you see on Fusion?

    Auto Clock set to Enabled?

A single clock is visible on Fusion with correct time. I believe it has always been like this. The last few days are the first I have ever had this issue. I have had this new Apex for nearly a year without issue. And like I said if I click on the corresponding number next to the blank graph then all the data is displayed for the previous week on that page. I just can't see it on the main Fusion dashboard.

    Auto Clock is enabled.

Well, with doing nothing, the data just starting transferring and showing up in the last hour or so. All tables for measurements and DOS seem to me magically working at this point.
