AP 700 and TUNA360Blue wide angle

Okay, I'm a sorta new newbie...so please be patient.
    150gal cube.
Reef system, Params are pretty in line. Maybe high on magnesium (1350)... Alk is 10.4, SG is 1.024, Calc is 450

    3 lights: 1 AP 700 (2 leds) and 1 360 Tuna Blue wide angle.

My question: Can I control the intensity and color via the VDM or the ports on the main unit?

If the answer is 'yes', please point me to where I can educate myself on how.

If the answer is 'no', please explain what kind of decision is that by either company... and how do I circumvent their idiocy?

    Open to any feedback.

You can control the 360 but not the AP700. Kessil thought they had a bright idea of removing the 0-10V port on that fixture for some godforsaken reason. No workaround other than selling it and getting a new light.
