I may just be over looking it, but I don't seem to see where to connect my DC8's to the new apex. Can someone kindly point it out for me please...
Thank You
Jimmy

I could be wrong, but I don't think the Apex2016 supports DC modules. Those are pretty old at this point.
That can't be, it has to be supported. maybe with a module or something??? Old or not they still work perfectly fine.
It sounds like you are migrating from an older Apex model to the newest one. You should read this sticky post - it contains much useful info. https://forum.neptunesystems.com/sho...an-Apex-(2016)
Part of that is this:
I have pre-Apex expansion modules connected to my Apex Classic's Control port. Can I use them with the new base unit?
No. Legacy peripherals from generations of Neptune Systems controllers older than the Apex Classic cannot be used with the newer Apex (2016). This includes the Direct Connect 8, Direct Connect 4 & 4HD, AquaSurf, PX1000, and Lunar Sim, all of which have been discontinued for many years. Note that the Lunar Simulator Module labeled as "LSM" in the upper right is an Apex Aquabus module, and it may be used with the newer Apex. If it has a blue label with "Lunar Sim" in the upper right, it is the pre-Apex model, and cannot be used with the newer Apex.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
Just found this in a sticky,

Looks like this is an $800 purchase that won't work for me.....
I was looking forward to the backward capability to work with all the legacy equipment, didn't read the fine print... oh well. My controller is working fine.... just got caught up in the, "got to have the latest and greatest" fad
