Apex ATO does not appear to come on unless I manually put it to Auto

In the last month I recently set up my Apex Auto Top Off Kit to my Apex. It doesn't seem to come on its own. It runs when I set it to ON and nothing shuts it off. When it is turned on to auto by me it will run short time, shut off and doesn't seem to come back on when water level calls for it to be on. Several times daily I get notifications that state If Error LinkA_5_1Atk Then ON. Please Help!

That means the pump has run for longer than the when statement length (default 5 minutes) and has shut itself to manual OFF as a failsafe. Set the outlet to manual ON and watch it until the level is close to the bottom sensor. Once it does, set it to manual OFF, back to manual ON, and then to AUTO and it will resume working like normal.
