    Lightbulb Two clocks showing....

I have a second Apex 2016 attached to a second tank but for some reason on the fusion interface, it shows two clocks, an hour apart. The clock setup is showing Apex and local time as the same and the DST disabled. (all the software is updated to the latest version)

    Any ideas?

Do you have your Location set accurately in your Fusion account profile? Click your username at the upper right, select Settings, then click Profile at the lower left.

Is your phone/computer that you are using to access it showing the same time? Two clocks happens to me when I go into a different time zone than the tank.

That has no relationship to the clock tile display.

I think he's trying to get at verifying the user is in Dubai and hasn't moved to a different timezone since creating his profile.

No, I'm still in Dubai. I have 2 Apex 2016 on two different tanks. The settings for the clocks are identical yet one shows normally and one shows two clocks....

Thanks for that, seems to have sorted it out. I thought it was something to do with the Fusion on the cloud and not the Apex itself.

disable the auto clock set and use manual one, you will have one clock in fusion.

This is not a solution for having dual clock tiles. Auto-Set should be kept enabled in all cases unless the Apex is not connected to a network or is connected to a network which is isolated (does not have Internet connectivity). This post has details about properly configuring the Apex clock: https://forum.neptunesystems.com/sho...ll=1#post96567
