Please help program my twin LED lights with dimmer

I am currently setting up a tank. It has two 6 foot long build my LED lights. I have them plugged both into my number 3 outlet, they also have a dimming function I believe & this plugged into the Apex controller A1/A2 plug. I’m not sure how to programme them, please advise. I would like them to gently come on at 7:30 am & go off at gently at 4pm. Please help.

Set the outlet always ON unless there is a noisy fan or something that needs power to be cut completely to shut off.

Go to the Varspd_1 and Varspd_2 channels and open up the wizard. Draw what you want to happen with the intensities.
