How to identify which outlet I’m programming

Hi I’m new to setting up the Apex. I’ve got my gravel heater cable plugged into outlet one but how do identify which outlet to program in Apex?

If you open the outlet page, there is a device field (also shown in the outlet while programming). These fields show the aquabus address or base first followed by the outlet number. The one circled for example is the 1st outlet on the EB832 that has aquabus address 2.

You sure you aren't confusing aquabus and outlet. Aquabus number is the first number and outlet number is the second in the device number.

So you are saying the light is physically plugged into outlet 3 and if you change the state of Light1_4_1 to manual ON or manual OFF the light is responding to those commands?

Yes that exactly what I’m saying. I’ve taken a photo of the my EB6 the lights plug is the one with the two into one, socket three.8C410EB7-9DCF-4F68-AB48-1158CC5C3967.jpgJust to make it more confusing my iPad has put the photo on upside down.

Odd. Haven't seen that behavior before. I would contact support. If you have a 12V aux power supply, you could always plug that in, unplug the EB6, delete the module, and then plug it back in. Updating its firmware could potentially have a beneficial effect too.

What is plugged into outlet 1?

Post the programming you have for outlet 1 and outlet 3.

This the two programmes which are the same now because I was trying to control it with outlet three. Please let me know if anything looks incorrect. 43960E09-B39A-4CC1-9CF9-ADA254668251.jpg
