    EB8 copy and paste?

I have a second EB8 on my 2016 Apex for my DT. I am replacing it with an EB832 and would like to know how to copy the current programming to the new one.

    TIA

You should be able to copy and paste the programming into each corresponding outlet tile that the new EB generates. Apex will treat the code the same. Obviously make sure that the outputs match correctly. You'll also have two 2 tiles for control of 24V outputs. You can also set wattage and amperage alarms for each individual EB832 120V outlet, on the Apex Fusion Inputs page.

The only thing that won't copy paste correctly is if you ha e any references to the EB8 outlets in the code or any other virtual outlets. You will need to go through the code and update those references. It's also a good idea to rename the existing EB8 outlets so you can use the same names if you want.

The copying of the profiles was insanely easy. Nothing in the codes referred to the old EB8 because it was mainly for accessories and not pumps or skimmers. Thanks again for all the help. This site is a gold mine.
