WAV profile question and looking for advice

Can someone please direct me to, or provide an accurate explanation of my following WAV profile question?

If I create a profile for "WAV-R" and then copy to "WAV-L" but make it be inverse, what happens when "WAV-R" is on. For example, lets say 'WAV-R" is set to mavericks at 60%. Technically "WAV-L", according to the chart of the copied profile would also be at 60%....so what would the inverse option do?

My tank has been cycled for over a month now and I haven't stocked my tank with any fish or corals yet, but I do have a few snails and crabs in it. The tank is a 120g 48" long tank with my WAV's at each end of the tank. With my COR pumps and WAV pumps, I have been shooting for a "FLO" rating of 4 to 5 range. Is that adequate for what I intend on being a mixed reef tank? Does anyone have any WAV profile recommendations for that size tank and intended mixed use?

What do poeple typically do for powerhead strength over a 24 hour period? Do you drop the "FLO" at night to allow fish not to work so hard all day against the current? If you haven't noticed, this is my first reef tank.

Thank you for that link. That confirms to me that something must be wrong on my setup. For example one of my WAV's was running at 70%, the other WAV should have been around 30% but was running at 60%. Another example was that one was running at 60% and the other was at 5% even though they have the exact profile except left WAV is inverse.
