Question AI Hydra HD support with Apple time machine router.

I am trying to set up the AI control as enabled by the latest software release. However, the lights are saying 'No IOTA devices available'.

    Under troubleshooting it states

"Some routers and network systems do not propagate the network traffic that the Apex uses to discover AI lights on the network due to a limitation in the router or wireless mesh systems firmware"

I am using an Apple time machine/router. Does anyone know if this is the case with Apple? If it is is there a setting in the router setup I can enable to allow the router to propagate the network traffic?

    Many thanks

    Try this:

Run Airport Utility, go to Network > Network Options

    Enable IGMP Snooping
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Did you ever discover a solution to your problem? I ask as I have the same router and am unable to connect my Prime HD?

Russ, have you discovered a work around for the Apple router or could you offer any more advice?
