Russ, when my alarm triggers (audible) it continues to do so until the condition is resolved.
I'd like only one email and text per hour - right now they too continually send msgs!

I suspected you meant the audible alarms but wanted to be sure.
By default, the Apex only sends recurring emails for a persistent alarm once an hour. You may have changed it at some point. Go to the Network settings in the Classic Dashboard - in the email section, there’s a Re-email Delay setting. What is that value? Change it to 60 (minutes)
