Fusion reads Apex Jr but cannot coltrol it

I haven't used Fusion in a while. My tank has been purring along. I'm trying to add a new device and need to program its outlet.
I connected to my Apex Jr. using Fusion.
I can see the current state of all my settings and which outlets and switches are On, Off, or in Auto.
I was also able to do a firmware upgrade.
It appears the plugs in Auto are properly reacting to their programming. ATO and the flow pump schedules.
The problem is that I cannot change any of the setting or do any programming. If I try to change the state of a device. On to Off. Off to On. After 30 to 45 seconds the port returns to the previous state and the outlet does not change for those 45 seconds. This happened both before and after the firmware update and is consistent on my iPhone, iPad, and Windows 10 PC using Firefox.

I have the Apex Jr., a PowerBar 8, and a PM1. All show a status of green and, as I said, the ATO is working so they must be functional.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is wrong.

Sounds like a bad network connection. Reboot your router, jr, and try swapping the ethernet cord with a new one.
