Apex Jr not talking with Fusion

I posted in another users thread yesterday and was hoping that creating a new one might get some more attention.

I am setting up an Apex Jr at the school I work at (I sponsor the Marine Biology Club) and I am having trouble getting it to talk to Fusion. I have put in for help with the school district's IT department but haven't heard back yet.

I have tried what I saw in another thread of changing the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but when it restarts it changes back to the initial settings. I have also tried toggling DHCP enabled/disabled. With it disabled it keeps the settings after reboot, enabled it returns to initial on reboot.

Here is a shot of the current settings with DHCP disabled:

    With DHCP enabled:

Contact Neptune tech support. They can provide you the specific info needed for Apex usage in educational and commercial networks - the IT folks will need that
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
