    Adding AI AWM Module error

Hi. I’m new to apex and trying to add AI AWM module to my apex. I don’t have display unit. When trying add this module I don’t see it in my module set up page in apex local dashboard.
When connect the module light is blinking orange and I don’t see it. What could be the cause.

Blinking orange means it's not communicating over aquabus. Try a different cable or port until you get it to turn green.

Thank you @Zombie. I know you would reply. I will try with another cable.

Double check your firmware version too. If you have not updated in a long (really long) time it's possible that you might have an older version installed that doesn't support the AWM. Your Apex must be running firmware version 4.30 or higher.
