switched my isp to at&t and fusion not communicating

Ever since I switched to at&t my fusion is no longer communicating. Before switching over everything worked perfect. I matched up the gateway, dhcp, and dns to my router's but still not communicating. Is this a known issue? Please help.

    Thanks in advance

In addition to rebooting your Apex as Zombie said....Is your Apex connected to your router via wireless or is it wired? If it's wireless, did you make sure to change the wireless network on your Apex or match the network name (SSID) and password (as well as security settings, IE: WAP2, etc.) to the same as they were on your old router?

When I tried to reboot it with the ethernet cable connected the apex controller goes blank and doesn't reboot. So I have to disconnect the ethernet cable and disconnect the apex controller and reconnect the controller cable in order for it to power it back on. After that I reconnect the ethernet cable. When I reconnect the ethernet cable the apex connects with fusion but I'm not able to control the functions. After 10 mins of connection I get a message saying it's not connected to fusion. Very weird.

I'm using wired connection. I read somewhere that att's firewall prevents apex from connecting to fusion. I would have to go into firewall settings and force the connection. But the instructions were from 2013 and since then the att's network configuration has changed. Not sure if it's the firewall or incorrect input on the on ip, dns, gateway, dhcp settings.
