Can’t connect to apex after AOS update

I have updated my Apex to the latest firmware and now I can’t connect to it.

I have rebooted the router and apex but it still does not work.

I have also connect the apex by Ethernet cable and it won’t connect!

    Any one got any ideas?

The quick answer is to reset it to factory defaults and connect to your network (either ethernet or Wifi).

I would not resort to a factory reset unless it becomes your final option, which is highly unlikely.

Can you connect to apex local or did you just lose Fusion?

Hold the reset button for I believe 6 seconds and it will set the apex into hotspot mode. Use the hotspot (ip address is listed in the setup guide) to adjust your network settings to see if you can get it connected back to your network.

Is this before or after you select the home network to connect to?

I also have same problem, I reset apex by pressing reset button. that time light turned to blue.
then I had done all process then I open dashboard. There was error massage shows"ApexFusion : No comunication"
If I reboot after reset the apex, light turns to orange instead of blue.
    Please help me.
    I dont remember login details.
password can reset using forgot password. but I also dont remember the login ID.
    Please Help me.
    Thank You

You need to hold in the reset button for approx 6 secs (until it flashes Blue), this is wifi setup mode. Then connect your PC/iPad/MAC to the Apex's private Wifi. It'll be something like "APEX_12345" where 12345 is the Apexx serial number. Once connected, navigate to Apex.local. Default user is: admin. Default password is: 1234. Once there, reset up the Wifi connection to your existing WiFi network. The Apex will reconnect to your network. Then change your PC/iPad/MAC back to your WiFi network. Now clear your browser cache and then navigate to Apex.local and you should see your Apex.

Vague/unclear posts will likely not get you much help. Please post a clear and detailed request for assistance if that’s what you need.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
