Help!! Apex shutting off

I just installed my new cor-20 pump. It is running fine as stand alone, but as soon as I plug my aquabus cable in to connect it to my apex, everything shuts off like a power loss. It does it as soon as I start to plug the aquabus into my energy bar! Any ideas???

I'm a new user like you, but I had problems with my EB8 and deleting the module on the Apex and re-installing the module after connecting the Aquabus fixed all my "weird" issues with the EB8. Just an idea.
