Hello, I've lost the video feed after a power surge. I restarted apex but still no video feed. Any suggestions?

When that happened to me the camera IP address changed so I had to go into Fusion and edit my media with the new IP address.
thanks for the reply, how do I find the camera IP address?
That is a little more complicated, I think, but others here might be able to give you a quick answer, and if you search this forum there might even be an answer.
For my Apex media cameras I use IP Webcam app on a Fire HD 7's and it shows the IP address on the bottom of the display. On my security IP Cameras I go to my Router WiFi network map(Netgear Genie) and find the IP address there.
Hopefully someone else will post an easier way for you.
Open your router interface either in a web browser page or a dedicated app. Look for a page titled 'Network Map', 'Attached Devices' or similar. It will list everything on your network. The given names of the devices don't always tell you clearly what they are, but you should be able to figure out which one is the camera. You can change the IP address in the media tile to the correct one, and it will work until it changes again (another power failure, router reboot, etc. ) The way to keep that from happening is to either give your camera a static IP address (sometimes possible from within the camera's settings) and/or tell the router to always give that camera the same IP address (from within the router settings, usually called Address Reservation or similar.)
thanks so much, that worked
