Setting up 2 x DOS units

Attempting to setup 2 units. My apex only sees one module at a time. Should 2 not appear on the modules list? Also how would one calibrate from within fusion? Heelpppp!

You need to be more clear about your problem or we don't know enough information to help troubleshoot a problem. What do you mean by one at a time?

No, you cannot calibrate on fusion unless you have a 2016 version. The classic has the be calibrated from the classic dashboard.

Thanks for replying. So I have both DOS units powered up and plugged into my Apex.

So when attempting to calibrate on my physical apex unit I only see one of the DOS units available to calibrate rather than both. Is this normal? I would have expected to see two modules appear in this menu.

Yes. Unplugged because at first I was thinking one was defective. They both work. Just not when they are both plugged in.

Can't figure this one out... =(

I would delete the module with both unplugged. Plug one of them in and wait for it to show up on the module page. Update its module firmware, then plug the other one in.

I've done that. For whatever reason it just doesn't want to pickup the second module once both plugged in. To top it off, when I calibrate the DOS, the 2 units begin calibrating at the same time. As if it can't tell there is two. Maybe the way they are plugged in is causing the problem? One is plugged in via my FMM module and the second plugged in to the main Ebb

The way you have the two DOS units connected is fine.

Connect only one DOS. Delete it then immediately disconnect it. Connect the other, delete it, then immediately disconnect. Reconnect either DOS. Wait a minute, then connect the other DOS. See it they both show up now at unique Aquabus addresses.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact tech support.
