Need help in setting up apex wifi

I just moved my tank from one house to another. New internet service as well. Apex was fully functional at old house. m at new house I decided to setup apex from start again. I reset the apex head to where it is blue and the power bar is orange. Went into wifi setting on my iphone and selected apex setup. after it connected to typed in apex.local to begin the setup and all i get is safari could not open page because the server stopped responding. any help would be greatly appreciated\.

Did you change the name of the Apex? If you did, “apex.local” will not work. You must use the actual name of the Apex. For example? If you renamed your Apex to 120Reef, then you need to use http://120Reef.local in your web browser address bar.

And if you can't remember the name of your apex, try 172.16.0.1.
