    Spare part

Hi. I have a problem with my DOS pump. This part of my DOS pump does not work. One of the internal motor of the peristaltic pump is not working. Do you know where I can buy the spare part? Tks.

Neptune doesn't make internal parts user serviceable, so you would need to send it into them for repair. Even if you wanted to replace it yourself, it would be against forum rules for us to provide you with a part number.

Thank you Zombie. It is not my intention to be against the rules of the forum. I just try to fix my DOS and if the way is to send the damaged part to Neptune, perfect. I will follow that path. Can someone describe to me the procedure to send the damaged part? Thanks again.

Your post wasn't against the rules. Us explaining where to obtain and how to fix internal parts is what would be against forum rules.

You would create a support ticket explaining the issue (https://www.neptunesystems.com/support/contact-support/) . They will then respond with a request for proof of purchase, shipping address, and serial numbers to create an RMA. Then you would ship the entire DOS to Neptune and they will replace any damaged parts and ship it back to you (all of this is free if you're within your 1 year otherwise you have to pay parts + labor).

How do you know it is the stepper motor, and not something else, like the circuit board? You need to contact Neptune tech support for proper diagnosis and if needed, repair.
