    Battery backup issue

    Hi,

Can someone shed some light on this subject for me I have an Apex battery backup but correct me if I’m wrong here but I somewhat remember at the start when I bought this once the battery had reached maximum capacity the light on the charger would go green ?
mines appears to be constantly red and the backup unit feels warm constantly now.
what would like to know is the battery or charger faulty and if so is there a way I can check this to find out which part is faulty. ?

    Thanks

There is no "Apex battery backup" product, so no one can advise you unless you tell us what battery backup unit/system you have.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Can't answer your question directly although the LED on my Vortech battery backup charger is green and it isn't even warm.
