I'm sorry I tried to thank you for your input and justify myself so you wouldn't blow up this post as you have done on others, but, it doesn't seem to work with you. Can't you just let a/the post go if you don't know? Worst case ask a question like "have you considered......." and after the OP says yes, that' but, no thanks, keep your opinion to yourself that your way is better, or start another thread on why not to splice or the likes so my thread can stay clean. I never mentioned splicing, I mentioned pin-outs, there is a HUGE difference. Just because it's not the way you'd do it, doesn't make it wrong, it may even be better than your way.
So... To the other viewers of the thread, I would like to know the pin-outs, I promise to do a thorough silver solder job with shrink on the conductors, and take my own risks with EMI should you be able to provide them to me.
