    Kalk dosing

I want to be able to add a total of 150ml of Kalk to my IM 20 gal every day over a 24 hour period in evenly spaced doses. I am using an Avast Marine 25ml per minute pump to deliver the Kalk from a reservoir. I have utilized the calculator that Russ has provided to hopefully achieve this. Would someone double check the code to see if this is infact the case?
    Fallback OFF
    OSC 000:00/000:08/029:52 Then ON
If Time 23:00 to 23:01 Then OFF
If pH > 8.35 Then OFF

Yes. That will deliver 156.7 ml assuming the pump is accurately calibrated.

Zombie, thank you for that. I guess I will have to figure out how to calibrate my pump next.

Grab a graduated cylinder and time it with a stopwatch. You wont be able to adjust it, but you can verify if it's right at 25 or if its say at 27 or 23.

Delete the If Time statement. It serves no purpose here, since you want dosing over the full 24 hour day.

If that line was generated by my web site, then you did not enter the start and stop times correctly - you should use 0:00 for both to get a 24-hour/around-the-clock schedule.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure he added that to get it closer to 150ml. Without skipping doses he can dose 140ml or 160ml unless the frequency of dosing is adjusted.
