After the latest firmware update, all of the graphs (ph, orp, temp) are now blank. This has been this way for well over a week. Tried 3 different browsers with the same results.
Any ideas?

Anybody?
Same here, no graphs at all!
Same here, anyone can help, please?
Bump. Please.
Check the clock settings in the Apex. Auto-Set should be enabled.
Also check that the date and time on the device being used to access APEX Fusion is correct.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
All,
A few ppl have already touched base with Apex. I gave them permissions to access my dashboard and they are waiting on engineers to figure it out.
This solved it for me
Go into fusion and under the clock menu set “auto clock set” to disabled. Then force an apex reboot under the misc menu in fusion. Then after set auto clock set back to enabled and force another reboot. Have to do both disable and reenable for it to take effect.

Not applicable. Per Apex:
Thank you for your inquiry.
No that only fixes if you have no graphs on Apex Fusion dashboard.

The issue you are having with missing lines only on measurement data points is a know issue and the engineers are still looking into this. It happens when on smaller screen devices like phones. That is why on a computer it is working fine. We do not have a date of when this will be corrected.
Any updates to this. I just set up an Apex 2016 model and sold my classic. It has been up and running for 2 days and none of the line graphs or log data are working for me temp, ph or salinity charts.
Just chiming in that I still cannot see my alk on graphs. @zombie or anyone else with these issues too?
