Basic Help - Thanks for Any Support

    Hello,

I have run my APEX w EB8 for years now in a very basic form - a glorified pH reader. I have recently connected it to the net and I am eager to get it running more effectively for my DoS, salinity probe, and to control my heater and such.

I have checked the Getting Started Guides already. Here is my configured wiring, I cannot seem to get anything to load/show up on my EB8 outlets in the APEX Fusion Dash. Is my wiring dumbassed (I plugged the power for the computer into the EB8, plug 4)?

    Thank you.

The aux power supply should be plugged into a surge protector not an energy bar outlet. The aux power supply is intended as a backup power supply or to sense power loss when the energy bar is fed from a UPS.

I switched the power supply to a surge protector. No change - still the EB8 is not 'appearing' in the Fusion Dashboard. I cannot see any plugs clicking on the settings/plugs icons. Should they simply show up when you plug in the EB8 to the APEX Computer?

    Sorry.

I see the energy bar in your screenshot.

Light1_6_1 is outlet 1 of that energy bar.

I get 'device not found' when I attempt to modify the series of 'plugs' there...

I had thought that this page would auto load the outlets once the EB8 is plugged in...

Use the Classic Dashboard and go to Configuration -> Module Setup.

Post a screenshot of the table at the bottom

Delete all of the display modules listed then restart the Apex. Wait 5 minutes then check the Outputs page in APEX Fusion. If there still are no Outputs are listed, contact Neptune tech support.
