Need more 24 VDC Accessory Ports

My APEX 2016 and the EB832 currently reside inside a cabinet and are not visible so I have a display panel with a couple of LED indicator lights hooked up to my 24VDC Accessory ports to notify me at a quick glance that APEX doing its job, i.e. if it has turned on the chiller or the heater as an example. I really like how this looks and works so I am wanting to add more indicator lights to my panel and my question is can I add more accessory ports, and if so, how?

Adding an additional 1Link module would be the cheapest, but still expensive way of doing it. Will give you an addtional 2 24v ports and 3 1Link ports.

Your only 2 options are to purchase the 1link module or another EB832. Both have their purposes. If you only need 24v ports then the 1link is the way to go. if you also need more outlets to control devices then the EB832 is your answer.

Not officially. Please note that you can buy a 24v adapter from Neptune with the molex connector (pmup, solenoids, etc)

I have the same question. Is it possible to convert a 1link port into a 24v accessory port? I have 2 free 1link ports and no accessory ports.

No, a 1LINK port cannot be used in lieu of a DC24 or be converted to a DC24. 1LINK ports supply constant power - they are not controllable to be ON/OFF.

If you are just wanting an LED to indicate a outlet on the EB832 is on, why not just tie the LED directly to the outlet?
I don't know exactly how you are using it but worst case is plug a AC strip into the outlet and then whatever you normally run from it and also a cheap wall wort that you connect your LED to...

Understood. I just like the idea of a simple elegant solution without yet another AC/DC converter.
