Tunze 6105 won’t turn on after water change - help

I just did a water change, I turn on the Tunze on the EB8 and my Tunze 6105 won’t turn back on. It’s running through the variable speed port and connected to the EB8. I have stripped the pump and cleaned it and my other pump on same apex variable speed cable is working fine. I have also tried plugging straight into new power point not on apex, to no avail. I have unplugged and re connected every connection with the pump, the Pump has power but just won’t turn on. Need help.

You need to give more information than that like the programming.

If you want to eliminate the varspd ports potentially being the problem, plug a regular ethernet cable into the port, set it to manual ON and check that you get approximately 10V on the channel

There is a pinout graphic here. https://forum.neptunesystems.com/sho...P-Apex-harness

If the pump is really dirty, 30% wont turn it on. Tunze require 25-35% to turn on typically depending on age and how clean they are if I remember correctly.

What about the multimeter test and if you set the outlet to manual ON?

Is the power supply to the tunze plugged in and does the outlet have power? If so check the power supply with a multimeter to see if its providing DC voltage.
