Where to put ATO and Probes?

I was wondering what chamber in sump should the ATO go in as well as the 4 Probed? I am right on space in return chamber.

Flow in sump in through filters then into a skimmer/reactor chamber which flows over and into refugium which flows over and into the return chamber.

The ATO should go in the return chamber. The probes should go in whatever location has a consistent water level and doesn't have an abundance of bubbles. The temp probe can go in lots of places but most people put it by the other probes. Upstream of heaters is best but not always possible.
