Energy Bar 8 not recognized by Apex 2016

I have been converting over from my old Apex classic to Apex 2016. Everything was going smoothly but once I linked my Apex fusion, my energy bar 8 is not showing up. My understanding is that it will work with Apex 2016. I only have the base unit and I did not purchase the Energy bar 832. Any idea why? My energy bar 8 is connected to the base unit via the aquabus cable.

The EB8 is compatible. Unplug it and plug it back in. Make sure it turns green before checking the modules page.

Have you checked the hidden tiles area for the outlets?

Do you see it in the modules page? If you do, update the firmware.
