    Apex suddenly not working all

I have an apex classic and it suddenly stopped working
    I tried rebooting but nothing.
I do have green lights on all my energy bars and the apex unit.
I have unplugged the usb’s and plugs.
I have no power to any outlets
Diagnostic say not connected to internet but WiFi is fine.
    Recommends softwareware update.
I am going to the store to find one a cable long enough to reach my router.
    Any ideas?
    I’m desperate!

Do you have your apex main unit powered with a cord or no cord... U can do either way...

Main unit (classic) is powered by usb.

I was referring to an Ethernet cord to do the software update

Energy bars have power but outlets are dead

Powered by aquabus then? Try and do update... If that doesn't work find like a cordless phone power adaptor and use that... The main unit of mine did same thing... Then someone recommended me to use power instead of aquabus and everything has been great since.....

    Thanks but...
The unit is powered it has a green light.
As do all the energy bars but everything is dead both driven by outlets or usb ie Feeder, ATK etc.
Even the display is working with temp and pH, just nothing else is active!

So I tried to power up with a phone charger as suggested and it won’t power up.
    What does that mean?!

Trying to think what else I did.. Same exact thing happened to me... Do u have any extra aquabus connections in main unit? Try switching around them? Maybe one burned out....

Dont use a phone charger. The apex is not USB. You can only use am AUX 12V power supply to power the apex without an energy bar.

It sounds like you just lost connection to fusion. Use the display to find the IP address of the apex and enter that in your browser. What happens when you do that?

If I go to the apex program to update it can’t unlock the controller and it also timed out

Connect the apex directly to your router hardwired and check it again. The most likely culprit is your adaptor may not be working. If you don't have a long enough cable, you can also plug a computer into your adaptor with WiFi off and see if you can connect to the internet with it.

Controller is directly connected to router via ethernet cable in all above.

What is the adaptor, the controller ethernet socket?
If so I have both a green and yellow indicator light.

You mentioned you needed a long ethernet cable to reach your router, so I assumed you were connected over a wifi gaming adaptor or wireless extender.

Enable DHCP and reboot your apex. List the network settings that you see on the display (all of them).

In the display under network -> DHCP and set it to enable.

Yikes! on my display there’s no network tab
There is a net setup -> DHCP on choice
    I’m sorry I’m so lost.
