HELP - Program Outlets to be off/on when Power goes out.

I hooked up the Apex Controller to wall socket and have power monitoring Enabled. What programming do I put in Energy Bar outlets to turn off certain outlets so it does not suck down my UPS?

What if WAV's are plugged into 1link and not an outlet and want to keep on?

I also have a Auto Bubble maker that will kick on...assume the only thing I should keep running if power out with bubble maker is powerhead? or should I go with return pump?

Use

If Power Apex Off 000 Then OFF

To turn things off during an outage


Use If Power Apex Off 000 Then profilename

To slow your WAV down to 1% constant or pipeline to conserve energy.


The only things that should be on during an outage are a single powerhead and your air stone. Anything else will drain your UPS pretty quickly.

On my fresh water tank I run the two filters for a couple of minutes every 1/2 hour to keep the beneficial bacteria in the filters alive. They run at staggered times to minimize electrical load and help with the flow.

Thanks for the help. I just added the If Power Apex Off 000 Then off to all outlets. Can you guide me with setting WAVs to 1%. I found Profiles Tab...have none setup yet, apparently.

It appears I can chose WAV as Type and then Constant as WAV Type. Is that I nee to do? If I add If Power Apex Off 000 Then WAVPF-1 to eah Wav programming...it will change fro current programming to 1% when power ails?
