    Can't connect to apex Fusion

My apex classic hasn't been able to connect to Apex Fusion over the last couple of months. Can't say I've changed anything and I should've attempted to troubleshoot this a long time ago. I'm mildly network competent so bear with me through suggestions. I can connect to the apex dashboard through my network.

    Thanks,
    Tim

Have you tried rebooting your Internet router and the Apex?

Yes to both. For the router I just unplugged and plugged it back in after 60s.

I also tried playing around with the Primary and Secondary DNS servers. Not getting anywhere there...

If you can change the DNS servers, then you have DHCP (automatic network settings) disabled, and it's possible the default gateway is incorrect, which would prevent the Apex from communicating with APEX Fusion. Enable DHCP if it is disabled and restart the Apex.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Firmware update did the trick! Fingers crossed as I'm leaving for vacation soon.

I originally did have DHCP enabled (before attempting to troubleshoot it tonight). I disabled it in the hopes that I could fix the issue. I think this worked for me on another apex/tank so I was grasping at straws. Thankfully the firmware update did the trick and I'm back to having DHCP enabled. Just recording this for anyone else reading having issues
