    ATK System Issues

So I will preface this by saying I have only had my APEX system for 3 months, so I am new at this. I purchased my APEX and got it up and running very easily. About 3 weeks later I purchased the Neptune ATK and use it with the APEX, not as standalone. I installed the ATK using the APEX and the task option - again very simple and straight forward. About two weeks ago I noticed that my ATK was not functioning as it has been. It never turns on. I have tried taking the water level down to simulate the need for the ATK to trip on and it does not. The sensors do no appear to be dirty in any way. I will add that my sump is small so I do not have room for the float valve and have removed it - I did that from the beginning.

I have also tried to delete the module and the add it back - no luck.

Any ideas? Hoping for a simple fix before calling Neptune for help.

    Do some basic troubleshooting.

    1. Do the switches change state when covered and not covered?

    2. Does the pump run in manual ON

I dont think the ATK should be plugged into the Energy Bar. YO need to look at the code for the ATK itself...it should look something like:

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If ATO-L OPEN Then ON
    If ATO-H CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
    Defer 000:10 Then ON
    Defer 000:04 Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

PS...I had an issue with my pump running...found out it was the power adapter...BAD. Try manual running on pump and see if it runs. Make sure all plugs are pushed in all the way under module.

Thank you both for the replies and assistance, not sure what fixed it or why it now works but it is functioning correctly. I will chalk it up to user error because I know the quality of the Neptune equipment. Thank you again for taking the time to help, I really appreciate it!
