    brand new apex i cannot login local.apex or http://172.16.0.1 to stat set up

    Hi im familiar with APEX 2016 im a store owner and sell APEX since years this is my second 2016 inside the store and i cannot set it up. i try hard wired, iPhone, laptop, safari and firefox i follow the instruction step by step
    i try to reset it reconnect noting.


    When i hardwire connect to my rooter i follow all step when i enter admin and 1234 it won't connect
    When i try iPhone it stay with the cloud say it could take a few minute for hour and never connect

    That ip address can only be accessed through the Apex hot spot. If you connect it over hardwire, apex.local will not work if your other apex hasn't been renamed to a different hostname.

    Thank for reply my other apex have is own name and password and dont use admin + 1234 is it what you mean?

    I am referring to the hostname setting. This is also the name that shows up in fusion.

    ok great i found and save it. i see in in apex list should i do anything else or just go a head with the new one?

    ok i try again from the beginning after changing the host name and still the same login fail ensure you username and password are correct

    To connect 2 apex on the same rooter network is not a easy task! was a hard one took me all day to figure it all. i will left this here so if anyone have same problem he will find solution

    from older apex fusion need to scroll to network then configuration and change APEX network for something you remember to access local. After changing the host name you need go in misc then restart the old Apex. Then follow the www.neptunesystems.com/getstarted to connect the new apex. when finish if run a MAC or IOS do not attempt to login local with Safari,firefox or from IOS as they will all refuse to log in cause network is not secure. i try to give autorisation in preference from browser noting was working until i download Chrome and voila! Get link token login fusion account enter token and your done
