ATO programming question

I've got the ATK setup but i'm confused in the programming.

currently my programming is as follows:

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If ATO3_1 OPEN Then ON
If ATO3_2 CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

my confusion is that when ATO_1 is open the pump is not starting after 10 seconds, which i'm assuming is because of the Min Time 60?
so does the it mean that after ATO_1 is open it will wait 60 minutes before turning the pump on?

the PMUP outlet is set to the auto position.

You can take the min time out for testing purposes and then add it back. That line says "wait to fill until at least 60 minutes have elapsed since the last fill". Changing from OFF to AUTO counts as a fill as far as the programming is concerned.

sounds like the switching from off to auto was what was throwing me off as it counts that as a cycle.

is there anywhere that show's the Min Time "timer countdown" for where it's currently at?
